How to Make: Flower Arrangements

I’ve got a thing for buying flowers for the house and making the arrangements myself. It’s more like a kind of therapy for me. And now that is spring just feels right to bring a bit of the spring fever into the house right? And you know what they say: ‘A Woman who buys herself flowers for no damn good reason knows her worth!’

Today I’m going to teach you how to make a flower arrangement. Let’s start with a basic: buy a bunch of flowers and put them in a vase, with a few VWoman tricks 😉

Step 1: Know your worth and buy yourself a bunch of flowers, while you at it buy a Vase as well, if you don’t have one yet.

Step 2: Remove the wrapping

Step 3: Cut off the end of each stem, I like to measure mine just for the flower to sit at the mouth of the vase, especially if they are roses.

Step 4: Remove the bottom leaves. I like to leave just the top ones on each side of the stem.

Step 5: Arrange the flowers just like they were in the bunch you bought, then put the elastic band once you are happy with how the bunch looks like

Step 6: Lastly put your arrangement in the vase.💞💕🌺💐🌸🌷

Step 7: Enjoy your beautiful flowers, may they always remind you of the Beauty of God’s creation which lives around and inside of you 🙏🏾

A lit tip: Add a teaspoon of sugar to your flowers’ water to keep them for longer. I actually don’t know why I do this or where I saw it, but I’ve been doing it for a while and I think it works.

Xoxo 😘
