Its almost my last days in Washington, training is over and I have three days left in USA soil to spare. Today I got to do some sight seeing in DC by myself. The idea was just to fell at home, walk, get a train ride, get lost, ask for directions, do some shopping, etc. I was so proud to have made it by myself.
I went to Georgetown retail/restaurant main street and went past the university, which felt so much like Cape Town but different but the similar. The retail shops in Georgetown have such a young, playful, yet sophisticated loft vibe which I loved! Kate spade, And Other Stories and Alice and Olivia were my favorites. I was so mesmerized by all the shops in Georgetown that took me so long to get out of there. Hahahaha. From there I went to Pentagon city mall, até and got back to the hotel then to Vanda’s house.
